Meet The Team

  • FOUNDER | LMHC

Alexis Ely is a therapist, teacher, and intuitive guide devoted to the art of transformation. As the founder of Rowan Healing, she bridges psychology and soul, weaving clinical depth with creative and spiritual practice. Her work helps people shed what no longer serves and remember that healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s remembering who you’ve always been.

  • LMHC-LP

Adriana is an avid book lover, matcha fanatic, and devoted pilates enthusiast, but most importantly, she is a supportive presence in her clients’ healing journeys. As a therapist, she strives to create a space that feels safe and familiar, like meeting a close friend for brunch and a good chat. Adriana does not rely on a single therapeutic approach. Instead, she tailors her work to each individual, drawing from a variety of modalities to support the unique challenges they face throughout life. She believes healing is not linear, and as a guide, she walks alongside her clients every step of the way, offering compassion, collaboration, and gentle encouragement toward growth at their own pace.

Off-Duty Habits: Baking all types of sweet treats, re-reading my favorite book series, and

    traveling to new places.

Favorite Movies/TV: Gilmore Girls, The Notebook, Peaky Blinders

If I Weren’t a Therapist: I’d own a bakery and spend all my time there coming up with new recipes – although I’d probably be covered in flour at the end of the day it’d be worth it.

    Favorite Quotes:
“You could rattle the stars - you could do anything, if only you dared” Sarah J. Maas

  • LMHC-LP

Ursa works with people who grew up between cultures, expectations, and versions of themselves—often high-achievers who appear confident but feel unseen or uncertain inside. Many of her clients are East Asian or Asian women navigating identity, self-esteem, and belonging in demanding environments. Drawing from psychodynamic insight, mindfulness, and CBT, she helps clients slow down, understand what drives their perfectionism, and reconnect with a self that feels freer and more authentic. Her style is calm, curious, and grounded in humor and honesty; she’s not the type to just nod and take notes—she wonders out loud, shares reflections, and stays present when things get heavy. Having experienced the power of therapy herself, Ursa feels deeply honored to offer others the same space for understanding, healing, and self-trust.

Off-Duty Habits: Off the clock, I’m usually at home with my pets, gaming, making ceramics, or walking through the small forest near my apartment. Once a week, I head into NYC to see friends before retreating back to my cozy little home.

Favorite Movies: Crazy Rich Asians, Little Women, On the Basis of Sex, Constantine, and The Silence of the Lambs.

If I Weren’t a Therapist: I’d probably be a ceramic artist, a marine scientist, or an animal rescue worker.

Favorite Quotes: “Let me fall if I must fall. The one I become will catch me.” — I’m not sure who said it, but it’s stayed with me.

Specialties: Psychodynamic therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cross-Cultural Issues, Identity, and Self-Awareness.

Elizabeth brings her balanced energy—an approach that is a blend of being direct and compassionate to the team. She is passionate about guiding others in raising their awareness on the impact of the mind-body connection to their holistic wellbeing. Her work helps people find their authentic voice as they move through life transitions by facing the discomforting parts of themselves that are kept hidden due to fear of judgement or loss of self.

Off-Duty Habits: Being a referee in between my kids’ playtime as a mom of 2, soaking up some sun outdoors and at the spa indulging in self-care rituals.

Favorite Movies: Edward Scissorhands, Home Alone1 and 2

If I Weren’t a Therapist: I’d be a freestyle choreographer dancing to the beat of my heart or a food critic to review some delicious plates while engaging in all of my senses.
